These leaders assist Moses in settling disputes and teaching God's laws. Jethro recognizes the greatness of the God of Israel, offers sacrifices, and blesses the Lord for delivering the Israelites from Egypt. The chapter emphasizes the importance of wise delegation, establishing a leadership structure, and acknowledging God's sovereignty.
